RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your glow.
Retail Products (Self Tanner, Glow Kits, Accessories & Retail Items)
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
• Products must be returned in original packaging
• Products must be at least 75% full and not excessively used, damaged, or altered
• Accessories and applicators must be clean and in resellable condition
Business Kits
Unopened Business Kits may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:
• All products, inserts, training materials, equipment, and packaging must be unopened and returned in original condition
• Opened or partially used Business Kits are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened Business Kits
• Digital products, downloadable materials, or training access once accessed
• Clearance, promotional, or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Shipping charges
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@tanfrenzy.com and include photos so we can make it right.
How to Start a Return
Email support@tanfrenzy.com with:
• Order number
• Item(s) being returned
• Reason for return
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of returned items.
Tan Frenzy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
